Snow 2010

Here are a few pics of the kids enjoying the snow this morning. I haven't been able to find out how much snow we got, but it's way more than we've ever seen in the 6 years we've been here. (Edited to say that a friend on facebook posted that we got over 10 inches. I can't find it anywhere else on the net, but I believe it!) Evie was so excited yesterday to see the snow coming down, she started jumping on her bed yelling, "Six more weeks of winter!! Six more weeks of winter!!" (You know... the groundhog saw his shadow last week...) Anyway, school was closed today, so preschool was closed today. We got to have some winter fun here in north Texas. Don't be fooled by Oliver's adorable smile. He thought it was cool until we tried to get him to touch the stuff. No go. But at least he looked cute! The girls stayed out longer than Oliver and I did, and they came in soaking wet. I'm so glad they got to enjoy real snow again!
