The garbage disposal has kind of been acting up the last couple of days. I put some spaghetti down it last night, and it couldn't even chew it up. This morning it started backing up into the sink. The plumbers came out, messed with the sink for awhile, and asked if we had been doing tile work lately. Confused, I said no. They said, "Maybe these are toys." I came over to look, and there were a bunch of those little rubber x-shaped things you put between tiles before you grout. John had been rinsing some off Sunday while he was straightening the garage. Guess he let a few slip down the drain! The plumber said I needed to spank him when he got home today. Haahaa!! Never a dull moment...

um, spaghetti will glog a drain, dear. Your mom dumped some into the disposal once and it took me a couple of days to get it cleared.
Um, okay, dad, but I'm pretty sure that this time it was the rubber doohickies that did it. And I don't know how to fix a "glogged" drain. Is it harder to fix than a clogged one? :)
smart aleck. LOL glog, clog. Same thing. Highly technical term. Just like pooky is a highly technical term.

I thought maybe Evie and Maggie had been COOKING when you first mention clogged drain. Good thing it was the big kid. Looking forward to seeing all of you this weekend. I am making some cinnamon rolls this afternoon to bring along. Neil has been hinting for some so one pan here and one pan there. Love ya
