Oliver is still not talking. He can now say "bah" for ball, but that's really it. He never even calls me "mama" or John "dada". He will sometimes say it if he's coaxed. Well, this evening, John was asking him where his eyes, nose, mouth, ears were, and Oliver would point to each one. (Poking his eye nearly every time. Heehee.) He started saying "mah" for mouth! We got all excited! Maggie was standing next to us, so John asked Oliver if he could say "Maggie". Oliver pointed at her and said, "bah-bah"! It's nowhere near "Maggie", but he sure thought he was saying it. He did it a couple more times, so he was saying it as far as he was concerned. It's the first time he's tried to say one of the girls' names, and I had tears running down my face. It was so sweet. Maggie liked it, too. She gave him a big ol' hug for it.

Man, I love those kids.
