But I did. And now I see what all the buzz is about.

Anyway...
So I went to Pinterest yesterday for the first time and looked. And by the end of the night I had made these! $3 apiece, made with three Dollar Tree items, and I've got an awesome, versatile mantel decoration! I LOVE IT!

Super cute, Tara!!! What a bargain. Pinterest is actually making me want to sew... I am going to try to learn from my mom over Thanksgiving as much as I can :) There's too many cute things out there that require sewing! I LOOOOVE Pinterest :) Too much.

Oh dear...I've been avoiding that sight but you're sucking me in :).
Oh, no, no, no. I guess I didn't mention that I COPIED the idea. I saw a pic of them on Pinterest which linked to a lady's blog that had a tutorial of her making these. So I totally am still not creative. Buuuuuuut, I can LOOK like I am with a place like Pinterest supplying ideas and directions to pull them off! I've got more stuff in the works, which excites me since my decorating skills are seriously lacking.
I just seriously started Pinterest last night. I'm already addicted. And I have found a lot of cool recipes and ideas for Christmas gifts that I can make this year instead of buying stuff, which is awesome for a broke college kid like me!
