Cousins!!!
We had a great weekend. My cousin, Katie, her husband, Neil, and their little girl, Brooklynn, came to visit for the weekend. Evie was stoked, because she has no first cousins to play with and probably won't for awhile. She's always talking about her (2nd) cousins in Oklahoma that we visit sometimes when we're there. John's cousin, Charles and his wife, Elaine, have three kids that Evie loves to visit and play with. So when Evie got to meet Broolynn, another cousin (!!!), she was so happy! We had a fun time hanging out with the Twa's, just chillin' for the most part. Brooklynn is five weeks older than Oliver, so there was lots of baby stuff to watch and talk about. Evie played a lot of peek-a-boo with Brooklynn, and Maggie really buddied up with Katie (who she kept calling Abby for some reason). We're already looking forward to Christmas, which is the next time we'll see each other and get the kiddos together again. Thanks for coming down, Neil & Katie!!

I officially have play mat envy... She enjoyed herself so much playing on yours with Oliver and the girls, and now I got hers out and she's not having any part of it! Ha, I guess that's the way it goes! I just need to borrow you guys for the added entertainment!! We had so much fun! What a wonderful visit with a wonderful family! We can't wait until Christmas either!!!
I think Oliver was saying: "Brooklynn, don't bogart the toy monkey." Tell him and the girls thank you for sharing their toys with Brooklynn!
