Evie still has a low fever today. We're going to try and make it to Stillwater tomorrow for a shorter trip. I took her to the doc yesterday, and they came to the conclusion that it was something viral. Strep test was negative, which is good. Still, it seems like this is going on for awhile. She's been sweet through this, though. When she takes motrin, she feels pretty good. Other than the fever and an asthma cough, it really hasn't been too bad.

I forgot to post about Oliver's 9 month check up he had on Monday. As we already knew, he's very tall and very light. He's 29.5 inches tall (over 80th percentile) and only weighs 16 lbs 11 oz (under 5th percentile). They want me to replace one or two nursings with whole milk or formula for older babies to try and plump him up a little. We gotta get him to use a sippy cup better. About him not crawling or even trying, they said not to worry at this point. He's still within the normal range. Honestly, I love that he stays where I put him! This house is far from being baby proof! Other than his weight, he's perfectly healthy. He's very curious, and the nurse practitioner commented on how much he was trying to grab everything that came near him. I think I'll have my work cut out for me when he finally does become mobile. :)

'bout time you give that boy some real food. A nice medium rare steak will put some hair on his chest. Well, maybe better wait til he gets a tooth. Love yuns and hope everyone starts feeling better soon.

The kid eats his veggies! Although, those aren't really great for making you fat. Too bad I can't give him ice cream. That works.

Hi there,

Stonyfield Farms makes a full fat yogurt for babies - unfortunately it is really good:).

Have a super gr8 1 and I hope your trip works out.

p.s. the letters I have to enter to post are "mudaness":).

Oh, yeah! The girls used to eat that yogurt and loved it. I need to go get some for him.

Why can't you give him ice cream? It definitely makes you fat. You can tell I've had a bowl or three.

hee hee.

Who comes up with these "words" for the verification anyway?

Love yuns.
