Getting Better

Evie woke up a little warm today, for the 5th day in a row. I gave her a dose of ibuprophen, and she was chasing Maggie around in no time. She's got a yucky cough and a little stuffy nose, but other than that, I think she's doing much better. She fell asleep before 8:00 last night and slept until close to 9:00 this morning. And she took a nap this afternoon. I know her little body needs it. She's still not back to herself, but she's getting closer.

Oliver has a cold. Just a snotty nose and cough but no fever. Hopefully he'll be okay in a couple of days.

The rest of us are doing good. Just waiting for our two punies to get better so we can do things outside the house. Cabin fever is as high as Evie's fever! The weather has been mostly beautiful, except for a shower here and there. I know what will happen: as soon as the kids get better, the storms will roll in. Oh well. At least we'll all be together until John goes back to work on June 1!!
