Evie's class had a trip to the fire station today. Maggie and I went with her. (Evie is on the far right. Maggie refused to join in the picture. It was too close to the firefighter.) Mema and Oliver stayed at home. Both girls were really shy, but afterward they said they had fun. I love that their preschool does things like this. I had never been to a fire station before, and I think I was more excited than the kids!

I have noticed in Evies latest pictures she is getting photogentic. One comment I need to add of this past week. Evie brought me a book we had read earlier in the week. She said Mema you didn't read all the pages in this book. You can wet your thumb with your tongue to turn the pages. We don't care and Maggie agreed. They were right I had missed more than one page. Love them. Also this week as Maggie was praying before lunch and was going on and on, Evie said it will be a long one. (She was right. ) I love my family.
It ended up being a pretty small group! I so wish we could have gone! It sounded fun :)
