Well, the redheaded girl turned 3 today. We had a great day. We discovered a gem of a place in Dallas! Sandy Lake Amusement Park! It's like a permanent county fair. With a pool. We have a ton of pictures that I'll post another time.
Back to Maggie... She's been such a wonderful part of our family these past three years. This kids has been such a source of extreme frustration and joy. She brings out the strongest feelings at both ends of the spectrum, so while she can make you so mad in one moment, she can be the absolute sweetest, most loving little girl the next. Of course, those awesome moments more than make up for the not-so-awesome ones. Guess that's why we call her our Sour Patch kid! Sour on the outside, sweet underneath. She's got such a cool imagination, she's a little gymnast in training, she's so full of energy, she adores her little brother. I'm so thankful to God that He brought Maggie into our lives. We love you, Baby Girl!!!
Oh! Also, this is night 2 that Maggie has been without binkies! She traded them in for two cuddly animals, and she's only asked for them once since. What a big girl.
