Today was Maggie's first day. It didn't go quite as smoothly as Evie's, but I expected as much. We got Maggie really excited about school last night and this morning. She wanted her picture taken at home like Evie did yesterday. We got to school, walked into class just fine, got her picture taken by Mrs. Amy, the school director, got hugs from Mama and Evie. But when Mama turned to leave, Maggie lost it. Once I finally got out the door, she calmed down within a few minutes. We hung around, peeking in the room now and then, and she seemed to be doing fine. She'll hold it against me this afternoon, though. She has a looooong memory! Anyway, I know she'll have a great time. Mrs. Donna is so great. Evie LOVES her, and Maggie will, too.

First Day of Preschool Part 2

Aww... Well, she's only 3 so not quite ready to venture out on her own yet. Makes ya feel like you are still needed tho, huh? LOL.
